We accept cash, checks, and paypal, but our online system is just so much easier.
Im sick, can I make up a course?
Of course, we have several courses throughout the month and rescheduling won’t be much of a problem. However, If you know you can’t make it please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your spot to someone else.
Can I purchase a course or private lessons as a gift?
Yes, a good portion of our students were given lessons as a gift. We can even prepare a custom gift card for you. When checking out just state that you are purchasing this for someone else and enter their name inside the additional comments box.
What is your refund policy?
We can offer you a full refund up to 48 hours before your class starts.
My browser froze and I think I purchased the course twice?
We manually review every order after it’s place and will make sure we charge back your credit card if this happens.
A course is sold out, can you make room for me?
Each class has a maximum number due to seating availability. We also like to keep our classes small so we can make them as personal as possible. If you can’t take any other class then we can add you to our waiting list and contact you if anyone cancels.
